Sustain has been working with Bedford Pilgrims Housing Association (BPHA) for over three years, delivering project management for their loft and cavity wall insulation programme. This has resulted in Sustain managing the install of 1,995 lofts and 626 cavity wall insulations with savings totalling 25,000 t/CO2. As well as the project management process, Sustain has accessed £300,000 of grant funding for BPHA towards their insulation programmes.
"We first came aware of Sustain in 2006 with regards to obtaining funding for our loft and cavity wall insulation which followed on with the same for our replacement boilers. This soon moved forward with them project managing our insulation programme which continues today. Their management and monitoring of the yearly programmes are very detailed and anything that is requested is acted on immediately so we would have no hesitation in recommending them to other parties" Peter Turney, Senior Project Manager at BPHA.
Sustain continues to manage BPHA's on-going insulation programme into 2012.
