Respect
We make business decisions centred upon ethics. These ethics are founded upon respect for people and the planet.
The socio-economic system resides within the greater ecosystem.
Our behaviour at the individual level accumulate and affect the
ecosystem at the global level.
Eventually changes to the environment feedback to affect us or our
successors, as the power of nature is the most powerful force known
to man.
Once this is understood, it becomes increasingly difficult to
collectively act in ways that undermine our own well-being. The
connection is made. Given the option and incentive to adjust
behaviour, people will chose a sustainable path.
We view our relationships with our clients, our partners and our
people through the understanding that what is good for them is good
for us. What is good for our clients, partners and people is a
healthy ecosystem. The relationships matter.
Through our efforts, we seek to bring the demands we place upon the
ecosystem into balance. To do so requires a respect for all parties
involved.
