Julie Baddeley, Chair of the Board of Directors
Julie Baddeley has served in both an executive and
non-executive capacity on the boards of leading companies including
lottery operator Camelot, Yorkshire Building Society, The BOC group
and the Woolwich, as well as major public sector organisations such
as the Department of Heath. She is currently on the board of Greggs
plc and Chrysalis VCT plc. Julie was Associate Fellow at the Said
Business School for many years, coaching top business teams
from around the world on the execution of business strategy, having
previously been partner in charge of a substantial part of
Accenture's change management practice. Before joining
Accenture she had her own consulting business.
Tobias Parker, Chief Executive Officer
Tobias is Sustain's Chief Executive Officer. He previously lived in
Hong Kong, working as a business consultant for blue chip clients
in Southeast Asia and Greater China. Tobias joined Sustain in
2003 having gained a distinction for a MSc. in Environmental
Science, Policy & Planning from the University of Bath. He also
has a BSc. in Geological Sciences and an Executive MBA from
Imperial College Business School.
David Bunker, Director
David Bunker is a Non-Executive Director of Sustain. David is a
Chartered Accountant and qualified Arbitrator who has practised in
Bristol for over twenty years. He is also a Director of a wind farm
company, Windcluster 2000 Ltd, and keenly involved in the
development of wind energy. He served for many years on the
Board of the Centre for Sustainable Energy. David has been
involved in raising funds for many start -up projects and is
currently acting as Executive Producer for an independent feature
film, a spy thriller entitled Eliminate Archie Cookson.

Adrian Warman, Operations Manager
Adrian has been with Sustain since 2005 ensuring suitable
operational and strategic support for the business through ICT,
Office Management and Human Resourcing. He graduated with a
2:1 (Hons) BSc in Geography from the University of Bristol in
1995 and has subsequently completed a Certificate in Management
Studies. Previously Adrian worked for a leading UK mail order
company bringing with him experience of direct marketing,
applications support and logistics.
Mary Short, Finance Manager
Mary Short joined Sustain in 2008. She has previously
worked in the engineering, property and dairy industries. Mary
qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1999 and is Company
Secretary and Finance Manager at Sustain.
Matt Fulford, Industry Practice Leader for
Buildings
Matt is Sustain's Industry Practice Leader for Buildings.
He was previously Head of Sustainability for EC Harris and has vast
array of experience in support clients to generate value by
improving the sustainability of both their existing estate and new
build projects. Matt joined Sustain in 2011 having started his
career in cost and commercial management with over 12 years
experience in construction and built asset consultancy. He has a
BSc. in Construction Management, Engineering and Surveying from The
University of Reading, is a chartered member of the RICS (and
sits on both their sustainability working group and environment and
resources professional group board) and incorporated member of the
Chartered Institute of Building. In his spare time he has created
the first zero carbon grade one listed building in the UK, is
Sustainability Advisory to the Diocese of Gloucester and a
governor at a green flag Eco School.
Philip Acton, Innovation Manager
Philip joined Sustain in 2008. Previously he has worked
for HSBC in London, Hong Kong and Brunei as well as in microfinance
in India and Africa. Philip was Head of Personal Banking at Triodos
Bank UK from 2005 to 2007.
Rob Knight, Industry Practice Leader for Utilities
Rob joined Sustain in 2011 to lead the activity that
Sustain delivers for its utility clients. Rob has a wide range of
commercial and management experience and has previously worked in
the utility sector, financial services, as a policy advisor to the
CBI and a spell in a small family business. He graduated from
Cardiff University in 1995 with Joint Honours in Economics and
Politics and has since gained a post graduate diploma in
marketing.
