Non-Domestic EPCs
As of October 2008 the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive has required buildings other than dwellings to produce an EPC upon construction, sale or rent. The EPC will be known as a 'Non-Domestic EPC' or 'Commercial EPC'.
Many commercial buildings will be affected by the EPC legislation (Shops, Industrial Units, Offices, Hotels, Etc) and once the documents are issued they are valid for 10 years.

Our Energy Assessors will work with you and other parts involved in the design and construction stages to gather and process all the necessary data to provide an accurate EPC Rating & Recommendation Report.
