Join Sustain, Constructing Excellence SW and a host of expert speakers to look at the construction whole life carbon agenda, including some key elements from the Government's IGT report.

Talks will cover new emerging standards, update on the internationally leading embodied carbon database ICE and a range of case studies including a look at zero carbon homes. As well as the facts, the conference will look at examples of how whole life carbon is being addressed in the construction sector and what organisations need to be working towards.

Case study sessions include:
• Sustainable Offices: Whole Life Cost & Carbon

• Practical steps to lowering residential carbon emissions without raising overall carbon emissions

• Construction Site Impacts: Measurement and Reduction

• Renewable Materials: Working within the carbon cycle, rather than upon it
