Annie Brown will head up the building services team, which specialises in low energy advice and design for existing and new buildings.
Annie joins from Halcrow Yolles where she worked in the energy and sustainable development team.
Her particular areas of expertise include carrying out BREEAM assessments and renewable energy feasibility studies for clients.
Annie said: "The team has a strong background in advising on and implementing low and zero carbon energy solutions for buildings, such as combined heat and power, and my ambition is to broaden this out into all aspects of energy efficiency."
In 2007, Annie was a finalist in the Building Services Awards Young Achiever category and, last year, she was selected as 'one to watch' by the Building Services Journal.
