Our Approach

At Sustain we take a holistic approach to ensure your energy systems are consistently operating to their potential. We have provided optimal efficiency, lower operating costs and reduced carbon emissions for a wide range of organisations. Whether you’re in the business of saving money for your tenants or reducing your bottom line, our pragmatic, expert led approach can help.

Our end to end service is designed to find out:

  • Are your heating, cooling or power networks losing you money or heat through inefficiency and poor performance? If so, where are the performance gaps?
  • Are your current energy systems and suppliers utilising the most appropriate technologies and strategies to deliver what’s right for your needs?
  • Where can viable improvements be made in your energy systems so that that they provide optimal long term performance?

We look at your existing energy systems to identify how their performance can be enhanced. We are able to greatly improve performance through optimisation of existing systems or optimal design, procurement and install of new ones. You can pick and choose from our end to end service offering to provide optimal efficiency for your energy systems:

Performance Assessment

We offer a tailored performance assessment package depending on how much detail you require.  We can provide site visits, metering and data logging, desk-based data analysis or performance calculations to build a picture of your existing energy system.

Design & Specification

Our engineers provide detailed design documents and drawings of the most appropriate solution for your energy system ready for tender.

Options & Feasibility

We look at all suitable technology options and their comparative merits in the context of your requirements. We then provide detailed studies of the technical feasibility of each technology at your site.

Procure & Install

We can act as ‘client engineer’ to support you throughout procurement and install, or act as your lead supply and install contractor to complete the work.

WHY WORK WITH US?

Through working with Sustain, you can be confident that we’ll provide a solution that is best for your specific requirements, whatever the technology.

For nearly 20 years we have worked on over 14,000 energy network sites across the UK.

Our team of chartered, CIBSE accredited engineers work to meet your energy system requirements.

We consider all aspects of your energy systems including generation, distribution, usage and overall building fabric

We provide honest, impartial advice that is independent of any technologies or supply chain.

We can offer a range of funding and financing options to ease the financial burden, including grants such as the Energy Companies Obligation.
